In the middle of a jungle, surrounded by trees, plants and rivers, a small clearing is seen with nothing but dirt in a 10 foot radius. Nothing is there until four faint pillors of light start to appear. The lights get brighter and stronger until shapes of humanoids materialize with one figure in the middle surrounded by 3 others in a protective formation to the middle. The lights fade and what's left are four teenagers in body suits.
In a light blue body suit, a young man of 18 with red hair that went in any direction like a bird's nest, narrow and focused blue eyes and a grin on the long face which showed his dimples. His build was thin yet still had a muscular build, standing at six feet tall. A model look for a man who took to the skies. His equipment consisted of a hand blaster and some high tech eye wear resembling a pilot's, which it activated from the side to scan the sky around them.
In the yellow body suit, a larger person than the first at 6'2" with more muscles and built to last in a fight. Short cut dark hair with a bit of an eye ridge on the wide face. His smile revealed his big cheeks. His brown narrow eyes looked to the ground and the plant life as he holds out an instrument to scan the ground keeping a hand to a sheathed small weapon.
The green suit belonged to a slightly smaller young man at 5'11", but no less muscled than the guy in blue, wore glasses on his narrow face. Dark hair would almost be slicked back but mostly it looked like helmet hair or after you'd been scuba diving. Wide hazel eyes behind the glasses checked with his own unique scanner and looked to the waters listening in on an ear piece. He had himself a longer blaster than the guy in blue.
Standing at 5'8" in the middle of the group, was a more curvy companion. Thin and athletic, her pink suit was just more plain than the others, where it looked like they had bits of armor, though her heel was elevated by a one inch heel in the boot. Blonde hair was cut short and not even down to her shoulders. Her green eyes was showing disappointment since she wasn't a full fledged centurion. She did wear a plain vest with various tools in the pockets of it. Connected to her arm was a more complex tool as she typed on it one-handed.
"Two minutes until the mission ends," She said. She looks to the others as they were on their own devices. "Tell me you have an idea on where to go or what to do."
The guy in blue looks over to her with a leer. "Geez, sis. Not even a minute and you show what little faith you have in us."
"Easy there, Jake, Candy. This ain't an easy thing to find and there's plenty of jungle to get lost in." Yellow suit sighs and steps forward to reach out further with his scans.
"Darren couldn't be more right." Green suit looked to Jake, Candy (real name Christy), and Darren. "River's clear, and nothing shows the plants are trapped either." He smiled as he walked toward the river for a closer look down the legnth of it. Suddenly a click from under his foot was heard by all three when Darren's scanner was beeping rapidly.
"Crud... Pat! Get back!" Darren closed his scanner and rushed over to the guy in green unsheathed his weapon, a retractable baton with a handle to grip on.
Just in time, Pat jumped back as a set of metal jaws almost got to a leg. Up surfaced a dog shaped mechanical form as the green eyes glared at it's missed target. It was soon replace by a large yellow figure carrying a stick and it leapt for him. IT lunged forward but Darren caught the mech by it's throat and thrust it back and spin back. Crouched slightly low with the baton to the front of him, he watched the mech effortlessly adjust the body and land on his feet. "Man, cats can't do that so well."
"They also can't dodge a stun blast either," Jake grinned as he took the pistol blaster out and shot down the mech, disabling it in one hit.
"Guys.. trouble," Christy simply put as her arm's tool starts sounding with many dots on the screen. Though one dot was green, and brightened her mood. "i also found the point! Five hundred feet east with more.. dog mine things along the way. Followed by air resistance and some enemies cruising on the river."
"So let's just blast our way through! We get us some weapon systems and blow this place away," Jake said with some arrogance in him.
"It'd be easier to just go through the dog mines and have them chase one of us down until the mission is over. I can wrangle them up for a quick escape." Darren smiled raising up his fist waiting for the opportunity to test his own skills.
"There's hardly anything on the water that i couldn't handle myself, or else we can just skip the river somehow and get that out of the equation." Pat looked with his scanner and then pulled out the blaster rifle. "whatever we do we have a minute left."
Candy worked on the arm-puter and looked around here. "We have only one weapon system to bring up in time. I'm bringing up-"
"Skyknight!" Jake blurted out
"Fire Force?" Darren replied after
"Make it Cruiser" Pat smiled for the situation.
She scowled and loaded the procedure. "-Darren with Wild Weasel. He has no blaster with him and should be fast enough to evade. We'll blast out any that pop up and should get there in time."
All but Darren was disappointed as he stood at a spot, extended out his legs and arns with a pillor of light covering him.
